Pooja has over 18 years of experience in IT and Infrastructure. She has extensive experience in managing Compliance, IT Risk & Governance, IT budget, and solutions. Pooja Sharma working as Global Head NSS (IT) and CISO for Nihilent Ltd handling multiple locations and customers
She specializes in Consulting and strategizing implementation of IT solutions for enabling business dynamics and guiding them on Infrastructure Optimization & Control Cost related activity, she is a Diligent and self-motivated CISO with expertise in handling Information Security and Compliance. She has the ability to align cyber security with various elements of the wider business, and deal with the challenges that presents threat to security.
Engineer-MBA with substantive off-shoring & outsourcing experience across a spectrum of leading user companies (RP-SG CESC Power Group, Tata Power Group, Unilever, Colgate, Tata Motors), a global captive (Citigroup) and a Full-Services provider (TCS) for large global clients with industry role in trade and regulatory bodies.
Presently serving as CIO in RP-SG CESC Power Group Sanjay Prasad was the CIO for Tata Power Company, an integrated utility covering Generation, Transmission, Distribution-Retail, Renewables and Power Trading value chain. Other roles were primarily those of CIO and Technology and Innovation Management in the CTO’s Office in TCS and for the BPO business in TCS and Citigroup, with prior successful progressive stints in Colgate, Unilever and Tata Motors. As EVP at Citigroup, Sanjay was a member of the global IT leadership team, and also brought in the business perspective having set up and managed a 1200+ client-facing Technology Services P&L covering business requirements, business acceptance testing, user access management and global service desks across NA, EMEA and ASPAC primarily in the Banking and Financial Services space.
He has co-founded OSPAI (Other Services Providers Association) along with other industry peers, which works closely with DOT to facilitate convergence and reuse of IT and Telecom Infrastructure. He has earlier represented the industry in DOT’s IT-ITES Standing Committee. In the past, he had been a Steering Convener of IESUP (Indo-European Systems Usability Partnership), a EU program to promote Systems Usability.
Ashish Kalay, as the Group CIO for SREI and KF group companies, leads the Digital & IT strategy, Transformations and IT operations across the group operating in Financial Services, Power generation & distribution, infrastructure Development, Real Estate, Healthcare and IT services domains.
Ashish has around 30 years of work experience of leading cross functional, global teams across US, Europe and Asia, executing Digital, Technology, Transformation and New Business initiatives across, Financial Services, Telecom, FMCG, Media and Broadcasting domains for GE Capital, Colt Telecom UK, Airtel, Genpact, PepsiCo and CBS/ Westinghouse.
Ashish has done his M. Tech from IIT Kanpur and MBA from the University of New Haven, CT in U.S.
As six Sigma Black Belt professional, Ashish has attended a number of Executive Education courses at Sloans at MIT, IIM-A, ISB and GE Leadership Development Center at Crotonville.
